Our history dates back to 1875, when Struers was established in Copenhagen, Denmark, by our founder, Holger F. Struer. Ever since, we’ve stood by our founder's vision to be the leading provider of innovative metallographic solutions, products, and services with second-to-none customer satisfaction.

In the 1930s, we started developing our own products, particularly equipment for metallographic sample preparation.
